BBQ Chicken Flatbread

Serves 1 Pizza

Ingredients

  • Oil for cooking​
  • 1 pound pizza dough​
  • ¼ + ¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki BBQ sauce, divided ​
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, cooked and shredded​
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese + extra for topping, shredded​
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced​
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Add a little bit of oil to a pan and place dough onto baking sheet. Roll out to desired flatbread shape.​
  2. Next, add Teriyaki sauce to flatbread and spread out to create an even layer.​
  3. Add on a thick layer of cheese.​
  4. To your shredded chicken, add a little bit more Kikkoman® Teriyaki BBQ Sauce and give it a good stir.​
  5. Layer on your chicken, chopped red onion, more cheese and cilantro.​
  6. Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.​
  7. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.​
