Black Pepper Candied Bacon

1 lb thick cut bacon

¼ cup Kikkoman® Black Pepper Sauce

½ cup dark brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place an oven safe baking rack inside. Spray the rack with non-stick spray and arrange the bacon in a single layer on top. Bake for 25 minutes until bacon begins to crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from the oven, and turn down to 350°F.
  3. Brush each side of the bacon with Black Pepper Sauce and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes until the sugar melts and edges of the bacon begin to darken.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the bacon crisp up for 5 minutes before serving.
