Breakfast Pizza with Takumi Glazed Bacon

Ingredients
4 strips bacon
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Gochujang Spicy Miso
Raw pizza dough
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
4 medium eggs
For Serving
¼ cup green onion , chopped
Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Gochujang Spicy Miso
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a cookie rack on top of parchment paper. Lay strips of bacon on cookie rack and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove baking sheet from oven and brush bacon with Takumi. Return to oven for 5 minutes longer or until fully cooked. Cool bacon at room temperature for 10 minutes then chop into small pieces.
- Increase oven temperature to 425ºF. Shape pizza dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet about 11 inches in diameter. Top with mozzarella cheese leaving space for eggs. Bake for 10 minutes. Crack eggs on 4 separate areas of pizza. Bake 10 minutes longer.
- Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle chopped bacon and green onion on top. Drizzle with extra Takumi if desired. Slice and serve.
