Chicken Teriyaki with Ginger Broccoli & Jasmine Rice​

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken thighs
1+ 1 teaspoons salt, divided
1+ 1 teaspoons pepper, divided
1 cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
20 ounces broccoli
1 teaspoon dried ginger
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup instant microwaveable jasmine rice

Directions

  1. Pat dry chicken thighs, place into a bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Pour teriyaki into the bowl and let the chicken marinate for 5 minutes. 
  2. Place chicken on the grill and cook on medium high heat for 8 minutes each side. Once cooked, let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Slice chicken and drizzle additional teriyaki if desired. 
  3. Steam broccoli until desired softness and add in salt, pepper, ginger and butter.
  4. Microwave jasmine rice per package instructions. 
  5. Serve chicken with a scoop of broccoli and white rice.
