Ingredients
2½ cups rolled oats
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
½ cup drippy peanut or almond butter
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper overlapping sides. Whisk together oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, peanut or almond butter, and sesame oil.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread in baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before slicing.
