Crispy Air-Fried Fish Sandwich with Sriracha Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

For Fish Sandwich
1 large egg
½ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs 
½ teaspoon smoked paprika 
¼ teaspoon garlic powder 
½ teaspoon salt 
2 (6-ounce) cod filets, thawed
2 large sandwich rolls   

For Slaw
1 cup shredded cabbage mix 
1 tablespoon lime juice 
1 tablespoon olive oil 
¼ teaspoon salt  

For Sriracha Tartar Sauce
⅓ cup mayonnaise 
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon minced dill pickles 
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard 
1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill  

Directions

  1. Lightly grease basket of air fryer with cooking spray. Beat egg in a shallow bowl and add panko, smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt to a second bowl. Stir to combine.  
  2. Blot moisture form cod with paper towel and dip in egg allowing excess to run back into bowl. Coat in panko mixture and place in basket of air fryer. 
  3. Air Fry at 390ºF for 9-10 minutes. 
  4. While fish air fries, stir together ingredients for slaw in a small bowl. 
  5. Then, stir together ingredients for sriracha tartar sauce in a separate small bowl. 
  6. Spread slaw on bottom bun and place cod on top. Top with sriracha tartar sauce and place top bun on top. Enjoy right away.
