Ingredients

1½ cups chicken broth 
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Garlic & Green Onion, plus extra for serving
1 pound chicken breast, diced
1 cup long grain white rice 
1½ cups carrots, peeled and sliced into ½-inch pieces 
1 cup yellow onion, coarsely chopped 
4 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced 
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped, for garnish 

Directions

  1. Stir together chicken broth and Takumi sauce in a measuring cup or bowl. Set aside. 
  2. Add chicken, rice, carrots, onion, and mushrooms to crockpot. Pour sauce mixture over ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook 3 hours on High or 5 hours on Low, until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender, stirring after 2 hours.
