Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, cooked, diced and chilled
1 cup celery, chopped 
¼ cup red onion, chopped 
¼ cup raisins 
¼ cup almonds, sliced 
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped  

For Dressing 
⅓ cup mayonnaise 
⅓ cup Greek yogurt 
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Fish Sauce 
1 tablespoon curry powder  

For Serving
Lettuce 
Pita (optional) 

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, celery, onion, raisins, almonds and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.  
  2. Stir together ingredients for dressing in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and stir well to coat.  
  4. Serve over lettuce in a serving bowl or on pita.
