Ingredients
8 ounces uncooked farfalle (bow tie pasta)
3 cups finely shredded napa cabbage
2 cups sliced, cooked chicken breast
2 Persian cucumbers, halved and cut crosswise into thin slices
2/3 cup diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped cilantro leaves
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kikkoman® Gyoza Dumpling Dipping Sauce
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse pasta under cold running water; drain well.
- Combine pasta, cabbage, chicken, cucumbers, bell pepper, cilantro, and green onions in large bowl.
- Whisk together gyoza dumpling dipping sauce, sesame oil, mayonnaise, and rice vinegar until blended.
- Pour over pasta mixture and toss well to coat all pieces evenly with dressing.
