Garlic Ginger Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

2 large English cucumbers
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1 tablespoon minced ginger 
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil 
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce 
1 tablespoon lime juice 
¼ teaspoon chili flakes  

Directions

  1. Lightly peel cucumbers and remove ends. Slice in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon to remove seeds and slice into ½ -inch thick slices. Add to a large bowl with garlic, ginger, cilantro, sesame oil , soy sauce , lime juice and chili flakes.  
  2. Stir well to coat and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve chilled.
