Gochujang Spicy Miso Tuna

Ingredients

1 can tuna
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Gochujang Spicy Miso
2 green onions, diced
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Siracha Hot Chili Sauce
Sesame seeds, to taste

For Serving
Rice
Avocado
Seaweed
Pickled red onions
Pickled cucumbers

Directions

  1. In a medium size bowl, add tuna, teriyaki, green onions, mayo, sriracha and sesame seeds. Mix well until combined.
  2. Plate rice, tuna mixture, avocado, pickled red onions, pickled cucumbers and seaweed.
  3. Assemble bites starting with the seaweed, followed by the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
