Green Onion Mushroom Egg Flower Soup

Green Onion 2 oz

Mushroom 2 oz

Egg 1pc

 

Ingredients (A)

Kikkoman® Shiro Dashi 3 tbsp

Water 1.5 cups

 

Directions

  1. Cut the green onion into 2-inch pieces. Remove the mushrooms’ stems and separate them into small clusters. Beat the egg.
  2. Heat the ingredients (A) in the pot over medium heat. Add the green onions and mushrooms. Once they are cooked, slowly pour in the beaten egg. When the egg sets and becomes fluffy, turn off the heat.
