A toasted bun filled with a creamy seafood salad and chopped celery, served on parchment paper with a lemon wedge on the side.

Lobster Roll

Ingredients

For Serving
2 brioche hot dog buns 
1 tablespoon melted salted butter 
¼ teaspoon minced garlic 

Filling
2 lobster tails, cooked and chilled  
½ cup chopped celery 
1 tablespoon minced green onion or chives 
¼ cup mayonnaise 
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Umami Joy Sauce 
¼ teaspoon black pepper 

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and place brioche buns on a small sheet pan. Stir together melted butter and garlic. Brush liberally on the inside and outside of buns. Bake for 6-8 minutes to lightly toast buns. Cool at room temperature until warm.   
  2. While buns toast, remove meat from lobster tails and slice into bite sized pieces. Add to a bowl.  
  3. Add celery, green onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Kikkoman® Umami Joy Sauce and black pepper to bowl with lobster. Stir well to coat.  
  4. Spoon lobster mixture into toasted buns and enjoy right away.
