Orange Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients

2 stalks green onions, chopped​
¼ red onion, sliced​
¼ cup cilantro, chopped​
4-5 tablespoons of Kikkoman® Orange Sauce​
1 flatbread or pizza crust​
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese​
1 cup cooked chopped or shredded chicken​

For Serving
Kikkoman® Orange Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Chop your green onions, red onions and cilantro.
  3. Spread the orange sauce evenly on top of your flatbread of choice.
  4. Spread the mozzarella cheese on top of the bread and layer with the cooked chicken and sliced red onions. 
  5. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden. You can use a baking tray, or for a crispier finish, bake directly on top of the rack.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
  7. Drizzle some extra orange sauce top, cut and serve!
