Pickled Red Onions & Cucumbers

Ingredients

½ large red onion, sliced
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 sprig dill
1 + 1 pinch salt, divided
1 + 1 pinch sugar, divided
Hot water
Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar

Directions

  1. In 2 medium sized jars add the red onions to one jar and the cucumber and dill to the other.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and sugar to both jars.
  3. Pour hot water in both jars, filling ¼ of the jar.
  4. Pour rice vinegar in both jars to fill the remainder of the jars.
  5. For best results, let sit in fridge for at least 24 hours. Enjoy with your meal of choice!
