Ingredients
½ large red onion, sliced
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 sprig dill
1 + 1 pinch salt, divided
1 + 1 pinch sugar, divided
Hot water
Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
Directions
- In 2 medium sized jars add the red onions to one jar and the cucumber and dill to the other.
- Add a pinch of salt and sugar to both jars.
- Pour hot water in both jars, filling ¼ of the jar.
- Pour rice vinegar in both jars to fill the remainder of the jars.
- For best results, let sit in fridge for at least 24 hours. Enjoy with your meal of choice!
