Salmon Teriyaki Bowl​

Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon paprika
½ tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 cup rice

For Serving
½ Avocado
Pickled red onion
Jalapeño
Green onion
Kikkoman® Sriracha Mayo
Kikkoman® Takumi Teriyaki, Original

Directions

  1. Season salmon with dry seasonings and teriyaki, then put in air fryer on 400°F for 15 minutes or in oven on 375°F for 20 minutes.
  2. Cook rice according to packaging instructions.
  3. Prep avocado and toppings of your choice while salmon and rice are cooking​
  4. Plate as desired, and top with spicy mayo and takumi.
