Ingredients

0.6 ounces dried seaweed
3.4 ounces mixed greens
Kikkoman® Thai Style Peanut Sauce
Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Triple Ginger

Directions

  1. Have a small bowl of drinking water, soak dried seaweed in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the Takumi with peanut sauce. Blend the sauce at a ratio of 2:1.
  3. Add rehydrated seaweed and mixed greens to a large bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and gently stir to coat. *Prepare an amount according to your preference.
  5. Place the salad on a plate or dish and enjoy.
