Sriracha Ham and Cheese Pastry Pinwheels

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
4 slices of deli ham
⅔ cup soft cheese of choice, grated (i.e. cheddar, gruyere, gouda)

For Serving
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll sheet of puff pastry and brush with sriracha, leaving 1-inch around edges. Top with ham and sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Tightly roll puff pastry into a log and wrap with plastic wrap. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove plastic wrap and slice into 1-inch-thick pinwheels. Place pinwheels on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve warm.
