Sticky Chicken Tenders

Serves 4
Total Time 40 minutes
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

2 medium eggs
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
1 pound chicken tenders 
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original  

For serving
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped 

Directions

  1. Lightly grease basket of air fryer with cooking oil spray. Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Add flour to a second bowl and panko to a third bowl. 
  2. Working in 2 batches, coat chicken tenders in flour, followed by egg allowing excess to drip into bowl. Coat in panko.  
  3. Place coated chicken tenders in air fryer basket leaving space for air to circulate.  
  4. Air fry at 400ºF for 12 minutes. Repeat with remaining chicken tenders. 
  5. Add chicken tenders to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with Teriyaki Takumi. Toss with tongs to coat. 
  6. Serve hot garnished with green onion.
