Ingredients
4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon Kikkoman ® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2 cups corn Chex cereal
2 cups wheat Chex cereal
3 cups pretzels
1 cup raw unsalted cashews or peanuts (or both)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and stir in maple syrup and sriracha.
- Add chex, pretzels, and nuts to a large mixing bowl. Pour sauce over and stir well to coat evenly.
- Spread on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir well and spread evenly. Bake 20 minutes longer.
- Cool completely at room temperature, about 1 hour. Serve or store in an airtight container.
