Sweet and Spicy Salmon Bites with Sriracha Honey Dijon Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1 pound thawed salmon, cubed 
2 tablespoons honey 
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 
1 tablespoon lime juice 
¼ teaspoon garlic powder 
¼ teaspoon salt  

Sriracha Honey Dijon Sauce 
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce  

For Serving 
2 cups rice, cooked  
2 cups broccoli, steamed 
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped 
Lime wedges  

Directions

  1. Combine cubed salmon, honey, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Stir well to coat salmon.  
  2. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place salmon in air fryer skin side down. Air fry for 9 minutes at 380°F. 
  3. While salmon cooks, stir together honey, Dijon mustard, and sriracha sauce in a small bowl.  
  4. Serve salmon bites hot topped with green onions and a squeeze of lime with sriracha honey mustard for dipping, or serve over rice with steamed broccoli and drizzled with sriracha honey mustard.
