Takeout-Style Noodles

Ingredients

Oil
1 red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup frozen vegetable medley 
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 single serve pack of ramen or rice noodles
½ cup Kikkoman® Stir-Fry Sauce

For Serving
Cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat a medium skillet with a dash of oil.
  2. Add bell pepper and frozen vegetables.
  3. Season with garlic and onion powder.
  4. Stir to combine, then let veggies cook on medium till fork tender.
  5. In the meantime, cook ramen or rice noodles according to package directions.
  6. Once cooked, strain, rinse and add into the skillet with vegetables.
  7. Add stir-fry sauce, stirring quickly to combine as sauce begins to thicken and coat the noodles and vegetables.
  8. Plate, then serve with fresh cilantro.
