Teriyaki Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients

2 chicken thighs
4 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce

½ cup shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons green onion

One pack Asian noodles

Directions

  1. Add chicken thighs to a bowl and marinate in 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, set aside.
  2. Prep vegetables by shredding cabbage and dicing green onion while boiling water for noodles. 
  3. Sautee cabbage on grill, set aside.
  4. Grill chicken 2-3 minutes per side. Once you flip chicken once, baste with about a tablespoon of teriyaki. 
  5. Remove boiled noodles and toss with one tablespoon of teriyaki and cooked cabbage. Slice cooked chicken and add to noodles.
  6. Top with green onions and serve.
