Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 bottle Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Garlic & Green Onion, divided
1 red onion
1 teaspoon butter
2 pizza crusts
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
- Cook and shred two chicken breasts.
- Toss shredded chicken in takumi.
- Thinly slice 1 red onion.
- Place salted butter in a pan and cook down red onion until caramelized.
- Spread a layer of takumi sauce on pizza crusts.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, teriyaki chicken and caramelized red onions.
- Brush pizza crust olive oil for extra crispiness.
- Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until edges of crust are crispy.
