Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 bottle Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Garlic & Green Onion, divided
1 red onion
1 teaspoon butter
2 pizza crusts
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Cook and shred two chicken breasts.
  2. Toss shredded chicken in takumi.
  3. Thinly slice 1 red onion.
  4. Place salted butter in a pan and cook down red onion until caramelized.
  5. Spread a layer of takumi sauce on pizza crusts.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, teriyaki chicken and caramelized red onions.
  7. Brush pizza crust olive oil for extra crispiness.
  8. Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until edges of crust are crispy.
