Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

2½ pounds chicken thighs​
1½ cups Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original ​
2 red bell peppers​
1 large white onion​
4 stalks of green onion

Directions

  1. Chop up the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces, add in your teriyaki sauce to marinate the chicken. ​
  2. Chop bell peppers, onion, and green onions into bite-sized pieces and assemble skewers with repeating patterns of chicken, onion, green onion, bell pepper.​
  3. Heat charcoal and get the grill pan hot. Then sear off your chicken skewers.​
  4. Option to lather on more teriyaki sauce for added flavor as the skewers are cooking.
