About

What makes these Teriyaki Meatballs so good? Crushed pineapple gives them their unique flavor; our Panko Bread Crumbs give them a light, delicate texture; our traditionally brewed Soy Sauce adds meaty umami; and our rich, thick Teriyaki Takumi sauce ties it all together with the perfect balance of sweet-savory teriyaki flavors. These juicy meatballs are easy to make, because they’re baked in the oven, saving you the hassle and mess of pan-frying. They’re perfect for a party or potluck, piled on a platter and speared with decorative picks for easy eating. Or you can serve them as an entrée over rice or noodles.

Tips & Tricks

  • Pair with steamed white, jasmine, or brown rice for a classic base, or switch it up with cooked spaghetti, lo mein, or ramen tossed in sauce and topped with meatballs for a fun twist.
  • Complement with steamed, sautéed, or grilled veggies like green beans, asparagus, zucchini, or sweet peppers for a fresh, colorful side.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro, toasted sesame seeds, or chopped green onions.
  • Want to try meatballs that aren’t made with ground beef? You can substitute with the same quantity of ground turkey, chicken, or pork.
  • To make these into Banh Mi Sandwiches, split and toast sandwich rolls, spread cut faces of rolls with Kikkoman® Sriracha Mayo, and top with shredded carrots, sliced jalapeños, and cilantro.
