Teriyaki Salmon Bite Bowls​

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 fillets Atlantic salmon
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
1 bunch broccolini
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic herb seasoning

For Serving
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 medium avocado, sliced
2 packs of seaweed snack sheets
1 teaspoon chives or green onions, diced

Directions

  1. Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, add salmon and stir in Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original to coat salmon fully.
  3. Air fry salmon at 400°F for 9 minutes.
  4. Spread out broccolini bunch on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic herb seasoning.
  5. Bake broccolini at 400°F for 8 minutes
  6. Serve salmon bites with cooked jasmine rice, sliced avocado, seaweed snack sheets, broccolini & chives
