Tuna Coleslaw with Spicy Mayonnaise

Ingredients

Sauce Mixture:

2 tbsp Kikkoman®Teriyaki Takumi, Gochujang Spicy Miso

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Kikkoman®Rice Vinegar

1 tsp lemon juice (add more as desired)

 

5oz tuna can in water

 

2oz cabbage

2oz purple cabbage

1oz carrots

1oz celery

 

Garnish:

0.3 oz walnuts

1 tsp Kikkoman®Sesame Oil

Directions

1. Combine sauce ingredients and mix well.

2. Drain water from tuna can.

3. Finely shred cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, and celery.

4. Combine sauce mixture, tuna and shredded vegetables.

5. Garnish with walnuts and sesame oil.
