Ingredients

5.6 ounces Sushi Grade Tuna, diced

2 ounces Onion, finely shred

0.4 ounces Dried Seaweed

Green Onion, cut 

2 tablespoons of  Kikkoman® Soy Sauce

2 tablespoons of  Kikkoman® Sesame Oil

2 tablespoons of sugar

Directions

  1. Soak dried seaweed in drinking water for 15 minutes and soak an onion as well.
  2. Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar into a mixing bowl for the mixed sauce.
  3. Put tuna, rehydrated Seaweed, soaked onion and mixed sauce into a small bowl.Stir well.
  4. Transfer salad to a serving bowl and enjoy.
