Savory Thai Brunch Bowl

Ingredients

1 package Kikkoman® Pad Thai Noodle Kit with Sauce​
2-3 strips of bacon​
2 eggs​
2 tablespoons kimchi ​
1 bunch of fresh cut scallions​
½ avocado, sliced​
Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (optional)

Directions

  1.  Cook rice noodles in boiling water per package instructions.
  2.  In a sauté pan, cook the bacon until fat renders. Remove bacon from the pan and set aside.
  3.  In the same pan, using the bacon grease, add chopped scallions and crack the eggs. Fry eggs over easy or to your liking.
  4.  Remove the eggs with scallions from the pan and set aside.
  5.  Add the Pad Thai sauce and the noodles into the pan, stirring gently. Remove from the heat once warm.
  6.  Transfer noodles into a bowl. Top with fried egg, crispy bacon, avocado, more chopped scallions and sriracha sauce to taste. Enjoy!
