Vietnamese Caramelized Ground Chicken

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1-pound lean ground chicken 
2 dried red chiles, deseeded and chopped  
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original 
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint 
Fresh lime wedges for serving 
Rice for serving (optional)  

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add chicken. Use a spatula to break up the chicken. Brown for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.  
  2. When chicken is fully cooked, stir in the chili peppers and Takumi sauce. Stir to coat. Cook for 3 minutes longer stirring regularly. Stir in mint. Serve hot topped with lime wedges over rice if preferred.
