Korean BBQ Glazed Ham

Ingredients

4-pound spiral sliced ham 
2 cups water 
¼ + ¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Korean BBQ, divided  

For Serving

Directions

  1. Set ham out at room temperature 1 hour prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 325ºF.  
  2. Add water to bottom of a roasting pan and place ham on rack. Brush half of Takumi on top of ham and tent with aluminum foil. Bake ham for 25 minutes. 
  3. Remove aluminum foil and baste ham with remaining Takumi.  Continue to cook, uncovered, 25 minutes longer or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF. Slice and serve with additional Takumi if desired.
