Sriracha Ranch Chicken Meatballs

Cook Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken 
⅓ cup Kikkoman Panko® Bread Crumbs 
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated 
1 large egg 
2-3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Chili Sauce (depending on heat preference) 
1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped 
½ teaspoon dried dill
½ teaspoon garlic powder 
¼ teaspoon onion powder 
1½ teaspoons salt   

For Serving
½ cup ranch dressing 
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce  

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Combine ingredients for meatballs in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.  
  2. Form mixture into 12 meatballs and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.  
  3. While meatballs bake, stir together ranch dressing and sriracha in a small bowl.  
  4. Serve meatballs hot with sauce for dipping.
