Ingredients
1 lb Ground Pork
1 lb Lotus Root
3-4 Mushroom, diced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Green onions, chopped
1 Egg
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 cup Flour
Sauce:
Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
Oyster-flavored sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
Rice Wine 2 tbsp
Directions
- Cut a few slices of lotus root, then dice the rest, wash, and soak in water for later use.
- Add ground pork in a bowl with green onions, garlic, mushroom, diced lotus root, and an egg.
- Add all the seasonings and bread crumbs into the bowl, and mix evenly.
- Shape it, dip the sliced lotus root with flour, and stick it onto the patty.
- Heat the oil to medium-high heat, then pan-fry the lotus root cake.
- Fry until both sides turn golden brown, then it’s done!
