An extraordinary culinary synergy comes to life when two heritage brands join forces. Kikkoman and the ZWILLING Cooking Studio have partnered to present The Flavor Lab, an immersive tasting event that bridges world-class kitchen craftsmanship with centuries of flavor expertise.

Set across the ZWILLING Cooking Studio and its outdoor patio, this chef-driven experience gives food lovers an insider’s look at how high-performance culinary tools and rich umami ingredients transform everyday cooking into something truly legendary.

A Chef-Driven Culinary Journey

Guided by Executive Chef Bernard Janssen alongside Chefs Andres Valbuena, Vicki Ferentinos, and Tayla Harper-Johnson, the ZWILLING culinary team developed a custom menu designed to showcase the incredible versatility of Kikkoman products. Guests were invited to explore interactive Flavor Lab stations, discovering globally inspired tasting bites while observing professional knife skills, precision cookware techniques, and live-fire cooking in action.

Each station spotlighted a distinct harmony between precision tools—like MIYABI knives, STAUB cast iron, and ZWILLING pizza ovens—and legendary Kikkoman pantry staples.
