ingredients

24 cups Pearl Creamy Vanilla Organic Soymilk
18 cups (about 6 pounds) sliced fresh strawberries
3/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
4 1/2 cups ice cubes

directions

Measure ingredients into container of 1-gallon blender, dividing them into 3 batches of 8 servings each. For each batch: 8 cups soymilk, 6 cups strawberries, 1/4 cup honey, 2 teaspoons lemon zest and 1 1/2 cups ice cubes. Process on high speed until smooth and frothy.
