Yield: 24 (1 1/3 cup) servings

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

6 pounds lean ground beef
1 pound, 12 ounces onions, chopped
8 ounces green bell peppers, chopped
3 quarts canned, diced tomatoes with liquid
2 quarts, 2 cups drained, canned dark red kidney beans
6 cups canned tomato sauce
2 cups Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze
½ cup chili powder
6 bay leaves
1 tablespoon salt

directions

In heavy braising pan over medium-high heat, cook and stir beef, onions and bell pepper about 15 minutes until beef is lightly browned and vegetables are just tender. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hour, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves.
