Lemon-Pepper Vinaigrette

Yield: 24 (2-ounce) servings

ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1/2 cup minced shallots
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped tarragon
1/4 cup toasted fennel seed
4 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
4 teaspoons cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
3 cups vegetable oil

directions

Combine all ingredients except oil in container of electric blender; blend 1 minute. With motor running, add oil in a thin, steady steam. Adjust seasoning, if needed. Transfer to bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.
