ingredients

Hot Dog Bun
Kimchi
Takuwan Daikon
Kizame nori
Spicy Mayo
Wasabi Mayo
Katsu Sauce
Takumi Teriyaki

Wasabi Mayo
6 oz Tbsp wasabi powder (horseradish powder)
4.5 oz Tbsp water
3 cups mayonnaise

Combine Wasabi powder and water until a paste forms.  Whisk in wasabi paste and mayo and hold in a squeeze bottle.

Spicy Mayo
1/2 gallon Kewpie Mayo
5 ounce (Volume) Sichimi
1/2 bottle Yuzu Kosho
1 17 oz Siracha bottle Chili Paste

Combine all ingredients.

Warm hot dog and bun and flat top until cooked through.  Load the link into the bun. Top with Kimchi, takuwan daikon, wasabi mayo, katsu sauce, and takumi teriyaki.
