ingredients

6 cups Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze
6 cups orange juice
¼ cup grated ginger
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
12 cups bell peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
12 cups onions, cut into 1-inch squares
9 pounds breaded chicken chunks, deep-fried according to package directions

Whisk together sweet soy glaze, orange juice, ginger and red pepper flakes. Simmer 1/2 cup sweet soy glaze mixture, 1/2 cup bell peppers and 1/2 cup onions per serving until peppers are crisp-tender. Add 6 ounces chicken chunks and stir to coat with sauce.
