18 oz Kikkoman Sushi Sauce (Unagi Tare)
12 oz Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2 oz Kikkoman Kotteri Mirin

Directions

Sauce Hacks are an easy way for you to create your own signature sauce by combining Kikkoman with common everyday ingredients.

To create Sweet & Spicy Soy, in a bowl pour Kikkoman Unagi Sauce (or Sweet Soy Sauce), Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, and Kikkoman Kotteri Mirin.

Now it’s as simple as whisking it all together – no cooking required. You can measure by weight or volume and multiple by 2, 3, 4 times etc. depending on the quantity you need.

Sweet & Spicy Soy is great on any kind of grilled meat, as rib sauce, on sandwiches and perfect for burgers.
