kikkoman products used:

ingredients

2 cups olive oil
1 cup sherry vinegar
3/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
black pepper

directions

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce and mustard; season with black pepper.

Use to dress salads with sturdy greens such as romaine lettuce, watercress or arugula.
