ingredients

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
6 tablespoons lime juice
6 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
6 tablespoons toasted sesame seed
6 tablespoons chopped cilantro
6 tablespoons wasabi paste
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

directions

In bowl, whisk together all ingredients except vegetable oil. Gradually whisk in vegetable oil until mixture is emulsified. Whisk before using.
