kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Rice Vinegar

3/4 cup peanut oil

3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

144 medium asparagus spears, steamed, hot or room temperature

1/4 cup sesame seeds

directions

Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, peanut oil, sugar and sriracha together until sugar dissolves. Drizzle 6 asparagus spears per serving with 2 tablespoons soy sauce mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds. Try this with other vegetables as well, like green beans, broccoli or edamame.
