kikkoman products used:

ingredients

3/4 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
2/3 cup rice vinegar
2/3 cup water
5 teaspoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
2 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups chunky peanut butter, room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

directions

In container of electric blender, combine all ingredients except peanut butter and pepper flakes. Add peanut butter; blend to emulsify. Mix in pepper flakes. Cover and refrigerate. Mix before using.
