Kikkoman® Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce is perfect for making teriyaki chicken, salmon, steak or veggies. But you can also use its flavor-enhancing magic to enhance all kinds of foods, from Latin and Mediterranean to mainstream American. Whether you’re firing up the grill, roasting, braising, broiling or brightening up a salad, you can count on the perfectly balanced flavor of our Roasted Garlic Teriyaki to add sweet-savory umami and caramelized garlic flavor to whatever you’re cooking.  
  • Marinades – Use Kikkoman® Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce to marinade meat, poultry, seafood, or vegetables. Even a quick 15-minute marinating time will add umami and delicious, sweet-savory flavor to stir-fries and grilled and roasted foods.
  • Grilling – Use right from the bottle as a marinade for meat, chicken, fish, seafood, or tofu before grilling, and brush on additional sauce during the last few minutes of grilling for a richly browned glaze.
