2.1 ounces bacon
5.6 ounces spaghetti
½ garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
½ onion, thinly sliced
7.1 ounces whole peeled tomatoes
½ tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce

directions

  1. Slice the bacon into ¼-inch widths. 
  2. Boil the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
  3. At the same time, heat the garlic in the olive oil over low heat until fragrant. Add in bacon and mushrooms and sauté.
  4. Pour the whole tomatoes and allow to simmer slightly. Season with the soy sauce, add in drained pasta and mix together.
