- Cook pasta according to package directions, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse pasta in a strainer under cool water. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir together ingredients for dressing until smooth.
- Add shrimp, celery, peas, bell pepper and green onion to bowl with the cooked pasta and pour dressing on top. Fold gently to combine. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving to chill.
