8 cups arugula
1 cup strawberries, sliced
8 ounces burrata cheese
4-6 slices prosciutto, halved
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
6 small basil leaves
1 teaspoon honey
⅛ teaspoon sea salt

directions

  1. Arrange arugula, strawberries, cheese, and prosciutto on a serving platter and season with black pepper.
  2. In a blender, blend together pepper, olive oil, rice vinegar, basil leaves, honey, and sea salt. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss, and serve immediately.
