- Marinate your chicken in soy sauce and minced garlic at least 1 hour prior to cooking
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place chicken thighs onto griddle.
- Grill chicken thighs for 5–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- During the last 3–4 minutes, brush generously with teriyaki sauce. Flip and baste again for a nice caramelization.
- Remove from grill when internal temp hits 165°F.
- Rest for 5 minutes. Garnish and serve.
