- Marinate your chicken in soy sauce and minced garlic at least 1 hour prior to cooking
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.Ā
- Place chicken thighs onto griddle.Ā
- Grill chicken thighs for 5ā6 minutes per side, depending on thickness.Ā
- During the last 3ā4 minutes, brush generously with teriyaki sauce. Flip and baste again for a nice caramelization.Ā
- Remove from grill when internal temp hits 165°F.Ā
- Rest for 5 minutes. Garnish and serve.Ā
